Role
Who you are
- You have extensive experience in talent attraction and acquisition, either from an in-house or agency model
- You have experience leading key hiring projects, EVP, and driving sustainable impact into the organisation
- You want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company and play a key role in its identity development
- You are passionate about Talent topics, and you can drive our efforts in delivering our hiring manager’s needs by attracting the right talent
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- You can build trusted relationships and use your excellent judgment and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- You feel comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint, and a very diverse team
- Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives
- You have experience managing your processes with ATS, keeping it updated and data accurate
- You are fluent in English, both verbal and written
- You are based or ready to relocate to Berlin
What the job involves
- We are looking for a (Senior) Tech Talent Acquisition Partner professional who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members
- Source and attract Talent for all our vacancies across multiple locations in the EU, Brazil and Vietnam
- You will do what you know best and attract the talent that fulfils hiring managers’ expectations and requirements
- You will develop hiring manager relationships by being able to advise, influence, and manage expectations
- You will interview and assess active & passive talent and present the opportunities that meet their career aspirations
- You will develop a talent network by actively sourcing, networking, attending events, and getting involved in the industry
- Promote diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition practices
- Develop & support employer branding activities that include but are not limited to creating and managing branding campaigns, organizing and conducting social events and meet-ups
- Participate in process improvement implementation and wider people initiatives
- Understand the business and be able to create industry-specific content while keeping a focus on the growing start-up environment
Our take
The problem that Distribusion is aiming to solve is that the reservation systems of the various bus travel providers are disparate, meaning that, in order for travel agencies to sell intercity bus tickets, they have to connect to and maintain multiple reservation systems.
To solve this, Distribusion has built what it calls a GDS (global distribution system) for intercity and airport shuttle bus products. This includes offering an API, white label solution, and widget to enable travel companies, and their customers, to interface with a plethora of intercity bus products from a single source. The result is an extra revenue stream for airline and travel industry partners and a seamless booking experience for customers.
Since pre-2020, the company has achieved an impressive 10x growth in passenger numbers and it plans to connect 100M passengers per year at the end of 2024. New Series C funding will help the company invest in the expansion of more carriers and geographies, whilst developing technology to advance its retailing capability.
