Who you are
- Experience in social media marketing and social advertising
- Strong understanding of marketing and buyer psychology
- Creative instinct for storytelling, scene structure, hook optimization, and dynamic editing
- Experience in producing and editing video content is a big plus
- Strong copywriting skills
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1)

- We’re looking for a PAID SOCIAL EXPERT (creative-focused)!
- We’re actually searching for a Creative Strategist but if you come from performance marketing and have been thinking about switching into the creative side, then keep reading

- And in case you're wondering what a Creative Strategist actually does:
- It’s one of the most in-demand roles in performance marketing. You’re the link between creativity and data - developing ideas, researching trends, building hooks, analyzing results, and making sure our ads perform like crazy
- Develop top-performing ads, create content plans, generate ideas, and research & analyze ads
- Participate in performance analysis and evaluate key KPIs for continuous optimization
- Copywriting and script writing
- Support post-production of our video and static ads (for social media) based on Creative Strategist briefings
- Adapt concepts to different advertising platforms including format, hook, text length, pacing, and platform trends
- Work closely with the Creative & Marketing Team to plan and evaluate data-driven creative tests

They sell themselves as a perfect marriage of nutrition, sustainability and ease - their meals are all plant-based, delivered by bike where possible and come in packaging that’s entirely recyclable or compostable. They’re also a certified Carbon Neutral company, and their eco credentials definitely endear them to their target market.
However, it’s a very overcrowded market in which they operate. There are so many food delivery options, and plenty of plant-based ready meal competitors as well. But they’ve managed to expand into 4 countries without investment (their two founders self-funded the business), which suggests a healthy customer base, and its B2B bulk ordering offering does mark them out somewhat.
