Who you are
- It’s a build-and-iterate role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and thinks in systems—while still designing for long-term scale
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, BizOps, or related roles in high-growth SaaS
- Proven track record building and evolving complex GTM tech stacks (selection, integration, configuration, governance, adoption)
- Deep familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows and the messy reality of handoffs
- Proven ability to lead a lean, resourceful team that is AI/automation-powered
- Strong technical fluency: CRM architecture, data models, automation, attribution/analytics, and operational instrumentation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional change and deliver measurable improvements in velocity, conversion, and predictability
- Experience managing and developing RevOps professionals (or owning a function that later scaled)
- Comfort owning large, ambiguous problem spaces—and moving from “unknown” to “shipped” with urgency, taking full ownership of the “undefined”
- Comfort moving at a high pace, with multiple balls in the air, requiring constant reprioritization

What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to be the GTM systems architect + transformation leader for our revenue engine
- This role owns Revenue Operations end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support—including our GTM tech stack, data model, automation, and operating rhythm
- This is not a “keep the lights on” RevOps role
- You’ll take what exists today and continuously evolve it into a data- and AI-first revenue engine that increases velocity, clarity, and impact across the company
- Own the GTM stack architecture end-to-end (CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling, analytics): define the vision, roadmap, and evolution of the ecosystem
- Design scalable data models + workflows that support high-volume, high-velocity GTM execution (clean objects, definitions, lifecycle stages, routing, governance)
- Deliver a true revenue “source of truth”: consistent metric definitions, reconciled reporting, and dashboards that GTM leaders trust weekly
- Move the org from reporting → prediction → recommendation by embedding insights directly into workflows (what’s happening, why, and what to do next)
- Lead cross-functional change across Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, Product, and Finance—balancing speed, adoption, and trust
- Build automation that removes friction for customer-facing teams (hand-offs, routing, enrichment, lifecycle comms, forecasting hygiene)
- Run the operating rhythm: pipeline + forecast hygiene, weekly business reviews, experiment tracking, and continuous improvement loops
- Scale the function: hire, coach, and develop RevOps talent as the business grows—designing leverage, not busywork

Homebase provide employees and businesses with time tracking applications, with a range of other HR functionality built in. Homebase automates the process of managing employee scheduling, and also helps companies improve internal communications.
The company contributes to the reduction of paperwork in an office by turning an array of devices into time clocks that track hours and overtime, while also providing payroll support. This makes it easier for companies to remain in sync, running a more efficient operation as a result.
Given that Homebase's customer base of small businesses is not able to pay a lot for its product, scale is the key driver in the company's future success. With over 100,000 customers already, its significant venture capital backing will ensure that the company will be able to grow (notably it's investing in Canadian talent) to provide its services on a profitable scale.
