Who you are
- Experience with coding and data analysis (Python preferred, but any language is welcome — university projects count as experience too)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A bias to action and the ability to work independently and in teams
- Clear interest in startups, tech, and venture capital
- Fluency in English (both in written and verbal communication)
- High standards for accuracy, speed, and clarity
- Resourceful and able to figure things out fast
- Quick to learn, adapt, and execute without hand-holding
What the job involves
- Duration: 3–6 months
- We’re looking for an exceptional talent to join our team as a Data Analyst (Intern) — a role at the intersection of data, automation, and decision-making
- Your mission: help us work smarter, faster, and more data-driven
- You’ll shadow the investment and operations team to automate repetitive tasks, crunch data to derive new insights, and create tools/dashboards that give us — and our founders — an unfair advantage
- Automate the repetitive — Identify inefficiencies and build workflows, scripts, and integrations to eliminate them
- Turn raw data into insights — this requires you to pull, clean, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Contribute to founder selection, residency operations, and portfolio support initiatives
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team across Berlin and Amsterdam in a fast-paced, international environment

Our take
Antler is a global start-up generator and early-stage VC company. The company aims to find innovative start-ups and assist the entrepreneurs in the first steps of establishing their business while providing them with pre-seed funds and a stipend for living expenses. The company usually accepts less than 5% of the applicants.
Antler is different from other VC companies through the fact that they offer a wide range of services that enable founders to thrive, such as helping founders find the right co-founder, validating companies' business models, and connecting founders with advisors. The company aims to build a diverse portfolio of startups that it chooses to fund - currently, Antler funded businesses in 17 industries, built by entrepreneurs from 36 nationalities, with more than 50% of companies including at least one female founder.
The current challenge faced by the company is finding new ways to continue its expansion plans and to attract funding, allowing it to support innovative startups. The company has recently raised considerable funding, which will fund the expansion of its operations in Amsterdam, London, New York, Stockholm, Sydney, Nairobi, Oslo and Singapore.
