What the job involves

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Analyst (POS) within the Punchh division of PAR Technology
Be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of software and hardware components used in these systems. Contribute to overarching test strategy design and plan; create test cases for certification and verification that will cover implementation for in-store loyalty engagements
Manage test lab and repository of test data. You will set up, organize, maintain, and manage the multi-device testing laboratory. You will maintain the test repository on Jira/Zephyr providing 100% test coverage across applicable testing types- functional and non-functional, E2E, etc
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency of product knowledge across multiple domains
Reports to: Lead QA Engineer
