Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic consulting, preferably in a B2B SaaS or HR tech/people analytics context
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and achieving high renewal and upsell performance
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and data dashboards
- Experience coaching or managing client-facing teams a strong plus
- Comfortable with platform onboarding, configuration, and feedback processes

What the job involves
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Client Success Team, providing guidance on service delivery and client enablement, and supporting career growth
- Client Ownership & Relationship Management: Own a portfolio of high-value client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- Retention & Growth: Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewal cycles, uncovering upsell opportunities, and ensuring strong commercial relationships
- Client Strategy & Advisory: Partner with clients to define their culture goals, align Culture15 to business outcomes, and advise on implementation best practices
- Platform Usage & Activation: Monitor client adoption, usage patterns, and health indicators. Develop strategies to maximise activation, engagement, and platform ROI
- Process Improvement & Scalability: Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve client engagement processes, feedback loops, and platform configuration playbooks
- Insight & Reporting: Track and report on account health, renewal forecasts, and revenue growth across your portfolio
- Client Feedback & Product Input: Channel client feedback to the product team and help shape platform evolution based on user needs
