What the job involves
- We are looking for a proactive and collaborative People Advisor to join our growing team.
- As a key member of the People function, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Xelix. From onboarding new talent to supporting career development initiatives, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work and reach their full potential
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring thoughtful and timely responses
- Supporting selection and onboarding processes to create seamless experiences for new hires and maintaining employee files via our HRIS
- Partnering with managers across teams to drive employee engagement and development
- Coordinating learning and development initiatives, including managing our L&D platform and annual development budgets
- Assisting with performance reviews and career frameworks to guide progression
- Championing diversity, inclusion, and authentic workplace practices
- Collaborating on HR projects that align with our ambitious growth plans
