What the job involves
- The Working Student in People Experience provides support to the PEx team across administrative tasks and daily operations
- Based at our Potsdam, Germany office, this is an onsite role for 10 hours per week — ideally spread across two days
- The role offers exposure to various aspects of the employee lifecycle and global projects, helping the team ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience
- You will contribute to keeping the office running, supporting colleagues, and assisting in the organisation of processes and documentation
- Administrative & Office Support:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including handling mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office organization
- Support general office coordination, such as room bookings and visitor queries
- Employee Support:
- Respond to employee questions via the People Portal, Freshdesk, or email
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth experiences
- Help with day-to-day PEx team activities and provide support where needed
- Documentation & Systems:
- Assist with data entry and updating employee records in systems like Hibob
- Help manage and organise HR documentation, contracts, and other employee-related files
- Projects:
- Participate in global People Experience projects, supporting the team with research, documentation, or administrative tasks

Its 2026 round of funding was one of the largest raised by a digital healthcare platform in recent years, and will be used to meet growing demands and expand into new markets.
