Data Analyst Lead, Resource Innovations

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and previous data related experience is required
• Prior basic Salesforce administration experience (Configuring users, objects, fields, and page layouts)

• Manages and implements program data verification processes across multiple programs and clients
• Manages daily Salesforce operations, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
• Optimize Salesforce environment(s) to support business operations and strategic initiatives
• Configures Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts
• Participate in Salesforce release management, testing, and deployment activities
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots application issues to determine root cause of problems or malfunctions. Proactively identifies and scopes database enhancement opportunities
• Provide day-to-day user support, addressing user inquiries, resolving general user issues, and assisting in user training and onboarding
• Creates and maintains comprehensive process documentation
• Generates weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to audit, monitor & measure performance, and relevant metrics
• Coordinates across multiple organizations and departments and responsible for communication of relevant information
• Analyzes complex sets of data and develops reporting tools in Excel and various ecommerce software systems to support program operations, summarizes findings and improves data processes
• Provides analysis and supports accurate forecasting for internal use and to inform clients and partners of program projections
• Supports program evaluation efforts and identifies opportunities for process improvement
