What the job involves

As a Business Development Representative for Trint, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads to the point of hand-off to the Account Executive team
You will maintain a deep understanding of Trint’s products and services, as well as industry and customer needs in order to identify appropriate prospects within our target market
As a Business Development Representative, it will be critical for you to build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points, allowing you to position Trint as the best product to solve their business challenges
This role will be focused on building Trint’s presence in the Spanish and LATAM (Latin American) Market’s
Have a deep understanding of your target accounts and the buyer personas within those accounts, to strategically conduct effective outreach activities
Make high volume calls to prospective organisations
Build and maintain a lead development pipeline through multiple different channels including cold-calling, networking, e-mail, inbound leads, and various other software tools
Articulate Trint's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest
Fluently discuss Trint products and solutions with prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome objections
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly goals consisting of qualified sales opportunities
Use Salesforce, Hubspot, Lusha, Linkedin Sales Navigator heavily manage all lead data and meticulously ensure data integrity
