Our take
Vyde (originally launched as "Octaive") is a company enabling brands to deliver enhanced customer experiences with its immersive two-way conversation technology. Through Vyde's platform, users can turn ideas into "needle-moving strategies", by ensuring personalised experiences that foster better connection between consumer and brand.
The company delivers what it calls "Active Attention" for its clients; with video, display, contextual and dynamic personalisation driven by data. It also provides in-the-moment insights for brands to see what their target audiences think of them at any moment, allowing them to tweak campaigns to respond to consumer sentiment.
Vyde has developed swiftly since its founding, securing high profile clients such as Nissan, Vodafone and PayPal. Having secured backing from industry leaders, the company is now in a great position to capitalise on growing demand that has been generated by the phasing out of third party cookies on big tech platforms - causing brands to seek heightened customer engagement options.
