Our take
Academy is building a world leading graduate programme that provides access and training for promising and diverse individuals to build and lead teams, products and companies in the digital economy. Its vision is to become a global hub for high-potential early career talent, fast-growing technology companies, and world-class leadership development.
Academy's two-year graduate scheme includes 16 weeks of full-time training and 21 months of full-time employment in a technology company. The teaching focuses on technology training in full-stack software development with leadership and performance coaching taught by industry experts.
Academy is powered by proprietary selection and virtual learning technology, entering the industry at the right time when this type of learning is expanding globally. Its founding team has experience scaling tech companies which will be invaluable in growing the company as well as attracting partners to host graduates from the programme.
