Performance Marketing Specialist, Proxify

• 💼 Minimum of 2 years experience in SEM/PPC (Search, Display), preferably in a B2B environment
• 🗣️ German or Swedish native speaker, or at least a C1 proficiency level
• 🎯 Strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyse large amounts of data, identify trends, pursue the most important questions, and act on those insights
• ⭐️ A self-starter, able to own projects & take initiative in a fast-changing environment
• 💡 Be naturally curious about the history of solving tricky problems
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Desirable

• Develop, implement, and maintain PPC strategies that align with Proxify's overall marketing objectives
• Plan and execute campaigns across multiple search engines and digital platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display) and Microsoft Ads
• Analyse campaign data to improve performance, including keyword research, traffic analysis, and conversion rate optimization
• Develop performance dashboards using Google Analytics and Data Studio
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring they are allocated efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in SEM, and share insights with the broader team
