Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or business operations at an enterprise SaaS company
- Extensive experience with Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with business intelligence tools and SQL a plus
- Experience with GTM tech stack a plus (Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Apollo, Vitally, Chilipiper, Sales Navigator, Atrium)
- Strong project management, analytical, and collaborative skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
What the job involves
- Create infrastructure and processes in Salesforce and across the GTM team to build a scalable, repeatable, data driven sales machine
- Architect data flow across the GTM tech stack, partnering with functional leaders to ensure teams can easily access and ingest live tracking around their goals and performance
- Own Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales reporting & operational processes (e.g. bookings reporting and forecasting, productivity reporting, campaign tracking and lead routing, customer deployment and health tracking)
- Leverage data to construct models and make recommendations informing strategy across GTM teams
- Ensure we are comprehensively applying lessons learned from prior initiatives
- Develop internal and external reporting packages for the end-to-end customer journey
- Build and maintain capacity models to inform strategic headcount investments and territory planning
- Define and model compensation plans across the GTM team
- Publish and manage the operating cadence of the GTM team (QBRs, forecasting, quarterly reporting, annual planning, etc)

It has also expanded into new areas, providing support for CRM tools, ticketing systems and project management functions. With an impressively escalating annual revenue, and considerable funding at its back, the company continues to build out its product into new verticals.
