Who you are
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple LinkedIn accounts, keep customer lists up to date, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers on LinkedIn, as well as work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop and implement innovative outreach ideas and solutions, and to stay up to date with industry best practices and trends
- Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Desirable
- Excellent analytical skills to analyse outreach data and KPIs, identify trends and patterns, and use insights to drive ongoing optimisation and improvement of outreach campaigns
What the job involves
- Analyse outreach results against key performance indicators and use data to refine and improve performance month on month
- Receive comprehensive training on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ad Accounts
- Attend online webinars and LinkedIn training sessions to ensure best-in-practice standards are being adhered to at all times
- Support the events team, including attendance at monthly networking events (both online and offline)
- Coordinate with the marketing team to review future ideas and solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to distribute content on each of their respective profiles
- Maintain and nurture current customer lists across LinkedIn
- Participate in company-wide strategy days every quarter
- Run and monitor company advertisement across LinkedIn – including analysing the data and success of the advertising and amending it for improved results
- Post content across different social media platforms aiming to grow the company brand
