Role
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role
- A solid understanding of CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and outbound sales tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for getting prospects excited
- Experience meeting or exceeding lead generation goals in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- The resilience to handle rejection and keep pushing to hit your targets
- A collaborative attitude and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
What the job involves
- As our Sales Development Representative you’ll be at the forefront of outbound sales efforts, generating qualified leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients
- Your role is critical to ensuring that our sales pipeline stays full of high-quality prospects, so our sales team can focus on closing deals and driving revenue
- Prospect, engage, and qualify leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, social outreach)
- Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and tailor outreach strategies
- Schedule discovery meetings with qualified leads for the sales team to take forward
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, interactions, and outcomes
- Achieve and exceed individual lead generation and meeting goals
- Optimize your outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback from prospects
- Stay up to date with industry trends and adjust outreach tactics to ensure relevance and effectiveness
