Content Marketing Specialist, MindsDB

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Relevant content marketing training is a plus
• Proven work experience as a Content Marketing, Technical Content Writer, or a similar role, with a developer audience (preferably in the AI field)
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated experience in content strategy development and content creation across various formats and platforms
• Excellent understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and digital marketing trends
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media management, and email marketing tools
• Familiarity with data analytics and the ability to analyze content performance metrics
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• You will play a pivotal role in creating compelling and valuable content across various channels to establish our company as a thought leader and industry expert
• Manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality content across multiple platforms including blog posts, tutorials, whitepapers, videos, customer case studies, social media, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical writers, designers, video editors, and partners, to gather information and orchestrate the creation of compelling, informative, and engaging content
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategies
• In coordination with the community team, collaborate with external influencers, community, and partners to amplify content reach and build relationships
• Manage and oversee content distribution across multiple channels, including MindsDB and third-party blog platforms, social media, email marketing campaigns, and partner content platforms
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align content marketing initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and product launches
• Monitor and report on content marketing KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to key stakeholders
