- Sales Maximizer: Proven success with driving growth through the design and implementation of sales processes enabled by technology, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or short-term rental industry

What the job involves
- Define, articulate, and execute a sales strategy to improve the predictability and velocity of growth.
- Define prospect persona(s) to be able to tailor sales process based on the persona(s)
- Design a formal sales process and common vocabulary for our real estate sales team to qualify leads across the company’s three main business lines (which are short-term rentals in multifamily, hotel, and single-family properties)
- Implement and manage the use of a CRM system (Hubspot) to enhance the sales process, improve qualification and prioritization of leads, track property partner engagement, improve forecasting, and improve the feedback loop between property partner needs and company-wide priorities.
- Lead and structure pipeline meetings and quarterly business review meetings to improve forecasting, qualification, probability, and speed of close
- Increase top-of-funnel leads via marketing efforts
- Utilize content marketing, online advertising, and other sales tactics to amplify the effectiveness of the sales strategy
- Design and execute a multifamily marketing campaign (i.e. email campaign, LinkedIn Ads)

Existing short-term rental platforms provide temporary homes for business travelers and families, but options are often limited and compromising. Spaces often don't provide the facilities that users require to work and live comfortably, and options that do are often unaffordable.
Kasa provides a platform for short-term rental of standardized properties, with every listing providing 24/7 contactless check in services, reliable and fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens and other essentials for comfort.
This unique approach, which provides the essentials for stays at an affordable price, allows Kasa to stand out form other short-term rental services such as Booking.com and AirBnB. The company recently expanded from its apartment and hotel room speciality to include luxury single-family vacation rentals, which should allow it to capture interest from a new kind of consumer. And the company is now stepping in to relaunch the historic Ace Hotel (under "STILES" brand), proving how much of a powerhouse Kasa really is.
