Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a motivated marketing professional to help lead them in their marketing efforts at a point of significant growth
- 1-2 years experience minimum
- A self starter who is full of ideas and ready for a challenge
What the job involves
- Keep website up to date
- Create copy and upload images to the website when needed
- Report any problems and bugs on the website to IT/Dev support
- Work with the web developer on new web projects or updates to the site
- Manage any 3rd party plugins we use, such as poptin
- Use google analytics to measure web performance
- Create marketing plans or campaign plans with instruction from CEO/COO
- Execute and implements any marketing plans
- Come up with new ideas for campaigns and stay up to date with current trends
- Plan, create and schedule content for FB, IG and TW channels
- Keep up to date with comments and reactions online (community management of platforms)
- Share timely updates and assets from the sales team across socials when required
- Manage Mailchimp platform and find ways to increase mailchimp growth
- Plan, design, create and send out mailers
- Work closely with paid social freelancer to develop and manage paid social media campaigns
- Manage google adwords campaign
- Create marketing and sales assets for use across the business
- Manage any brand assets, logo, imagery etc, for use by the rest of the business
- Report to the team on activities weekly and the results
- Create monthly marketing reports using hootsuite, our platform for managing social media alongside any other analytics or insights tools (google analytics etc)
- Support with filing and general admin tasks
- Support with creating assets such as decks for pitching
- Support with creating documents when required
- Support Sales team across lead generation and management
- Support by organising files, folders and processes
- Support with office management tasks where needed

Oya was started in January 2020 as a B2B marketplace that connects commercial spaces with short term use. Its platform allows landlords to list and market empty commercial space for short-term lease.
While gaining landlords extra revenue, business owners can also rent directly from the landlord for as short as an hour, or as long as months. This includes spaces for office, photography, film, retail, events, food, and meeting.
This approach has created new opportunities in interesting spaces, allowing users to search hundreds of locations across the UK and unlocking new markets and engaging new customers. Oya's dedicated customer manager offers comprehensive support, while the platform includes high-quality photos and full details of the space, allowing renters to book easily.
