Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a marketing environment
- Expert experience in building and delivering impactful CRM strategy
- Highly experienced in analytical skills with the ability to identify and act upon trends
- Experience in using an ESP and CRM systems (Hubspot experience is desirable)
- Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor high-performing teams, experienced in managing a team, with a coaching, flexible management approach to get the best out of different working styles
- Ability to effectively manage change, leading teams with success
- A natural problem solver, who is curious and can identify improvements that have an organisational impact
- A natural decision maker, ability to push boundaries, taking ownership of decisions that drive the agenda forward at pace
- Highly skilled motivator of people within own internal, cross-functional and external teams
- Professional and clear communication skills coupled with a demonstrated ability to network and build strong business relationships
- Ability to react calmly in situations and make decisions to ensure positive outcomes
- Strategic thinker who can align to longer-term organisational goals and vision
What the job involves
- Creating and executing the CRM strategy for our existing client base, with the purpose of realising value through relevant initiatives and benefits
- Establishing all required segmentation by objective as well as characteristics such as sector and size
- Working closely with Client Success Managers to achieve shared goals with our clients through effective CRM communications
- Developing tactical campaigns to address opportunities identified, which will run concurrently with lifecycle communications
- Working closely with the Wellbeing Team to ensure communications to support the evolution of our wellbeing proposition
- Working closely with our Data and BI teams to oversee maintenance of data repository systems including Zoho and Hubspot
- Intensive reporting - monitoring performance against targets and utilising insight to seize opportunities to meet our strategic objectives
- Continuously working to streamline and improve communication processes, automating wherever possible
- Continuously seek new initiatives to enhance B2B user journeys and work with our transformation and development teams to implement – for example, user interfaces and dashboards
- Overseeing the communications output of the team from B2B through to B2B2C
- Leading the Communications Team to deliver best in class launch programmes for our clients to maximise employee registration rates and overall benefit engagement
- Ensuring communications are delivered with clarity, purpose and in a timely manner
- Stakeholder management – ensuring at all times you are aware of current and forecasted performance and are informing relevant parties of the activity planned to meet and exceed targets set
- Contributing to the leadership team, helping us maintain a cohesive culture while delivering best-in-class results
- Leading the Communication Team by example – providing regular 121s (both in person and virtually) which include coaching, performance development and nurturing their ability to develop within Vivup
