- The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen and excellent organizational skills
- Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, or venture development, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in startups, venture capital, or entrepreneurial environments is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (at least C1)
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Venture Manager / Assistant to the CEO
- This is a pivotal role that involves working closely with our CEO to manage and execute various strategic initiatives and ventures
- As a Venture Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects, preparing presentations, managing schedules, and providing critical support to ensure the CEO's vision is realized effectively
- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee strategic projects and ventures under the CEO's guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Presentation Preparation: Create compelling and informative presentations for internal and external stakeholders. These presentations should effectively communicate the CEO's vision, strategic plans, and progress updates
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings. Prioritize and schedule events to optimize time efficiency and ensure the CEO's availability for critical engagements
- Communication Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for communication between the CEO and various stakeholders, including investors, board members, clients, and team members. Handle inquiries, requests, and communications in a professional and timely manner
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with ventures and projects. Work collaboratively with the CEO and team members to develop mitigation strategies
- Data Management: Organize and maintain essential documents, reports, and databases related to ventures and strategic initiatives
- Special Projects: Support the CEO in ad-hoc special projects, which may involve researching emerging technologies, conducting due diligence on potential partnerships, or exploring new business opportunities
