Who you are
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- You are curious, eager to learn and enjoy taking the initiative
- You have an affinity for data and enjoy turning insights into action
- You are organised and can switch easily between different projects
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
- You are available to work full-time
- A Marketing or Business degree is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Junior Marketing Specialist Benelux, you’ll support the Marketing Manager in growing felyx across the region. Based at our Amsterdam office, you’ll help develop campaigns, communications and partnerships that ensure felyx remains top of mind for anyone looking to travel smartly around the city
- You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and help execute marketing and communication activities. No two days are the same, but your tasks will include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans (online and offline)
- Contributing to campaigns, promotions and partnerships to drive growth
- Assisting with PR activities and maintaining contact with partners and external parties
- Analysing campaign performance and contributing ideas for optimisation
- Supporting local projects and initiatives with local authorities and partners
Our take
The demand for sustainable transportation solutions like electric vehicles and e-mopeds is very much on the up. And as cities focus on reducing traffic and environmental impact, companies are beginning to offer green alternatives in order to meet these needs.
Felyx is one company doing just that, with its shared e-moped services. Between 2017 and 2024, the company grew to serve over 1 million users across the Netherlands and Belgium with a fleet of 6,000 electric mopeds, making city transportation more sustainable and accessible.
In 2024, Felyx merged with the Spanish company Cooltra to strengthen its market position, and in tandem sold its German business to Berlin-based emmy. By combining resources with Cooltra, felyx aims to expand its reach and continue innovating in the shared mobility space.
