- 3+ years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with a strong track record in B2B (cybersecurity experience preferred, SaaS a plus)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and influence decision-makers
- Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure alignment and results
- Resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-moving team
- Willingness to travel within North America at least once per quarter to support events, partners, and field activities
What the job involves
- SentinelOne is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive lead generation efforts of Prompt Security
- The candidate will report into the Marketing organization of Prompt Security and play a key role in capturing demand for our AI Security platform
- You’ll follow up on tradeshows, partner events, inbound requests, and marketing campaigns while building relationships and identifying customer needs
- Drive inbound and outbound prospecting through calls and emails to create and qualify new sales opportunities
- Serve as the key liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring smooth lead handoffs and cross-team alignment
- Own follow-up on tradeshows, partner events, inbound inquiries, and all marketing-generated leads
- Identify and qualify new leads through social selling and intent-signal analysis, using AI-driven SaaS tools to uncover strong buying signals
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with prospects, customers, and partners by identifying and addressing their business needs
- Collaborate with channel partners to launch joint lead-generation initiatives and qualify opportunities within their customer base
- Clearly present and position our solutions, emphasizing business value and ROI to decision-makers
- Keep detailed, accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and touchpoints in the CRM system
- Represent Prompt Security at occasional in-person events, supporting field marketing and sales activities

Cybercriminals are now leveraging the power of automation to make the current threat landscape too advanced for a lot of legacy antivirus software. SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although it also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.
When the company went public in 2021, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market capitalisation of $10 billion. However, it's since fallen to around $ 4 billion. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
