• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Engineering Manager, leading teams in Agile and SCRUM environments
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment in a SaaS or similar tech environment
• Strong understanding of backend and frontend development practices, microservices, and distributed architectures
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines

• Lead, mentor, and support a globally distributed team of software engineers, building a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
• Set the technical direction for our core products, overseeing architecture and design decisions to balance scalability, performance, and user experience
• Act as SCRUM master in an Agile environment, driving sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to keep the team on track and aligned
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Be a hands-on Engineering Manager who actively collaborates with developers, participating in code reviews, pair programming, and contributing to coding as needed
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, test-driven development, and best practices in software craftsmanship
• Produce quality metrics on the software development lifecycle process (KPIs, KRs) to track and enhance team performance
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure a smooth and efficient development lifecycle
• Engage in incident management and troubleshooting to quickly resolve issues and minimize disruption
• Advocate for high-quality standards and involve yourself in quality processes to ensure code reliability and maintainability
