Role
Who you are
- We're looking for an experienced product lead who can drive the strategy, product management, and go-to-market for clinical services
- The ideal candidate has a mix healthcare telemedicine experience, 0->1 product development, and go-to-market strategy and execution
- You will be successful in the role if you are a systems-thinker, prioritizes well, and can make high-quality data-driven decisions
- We are looking for an individual who can see the "big picture," but is also willing to roll up their sleeves to help us continuously improve
- 8+ years of relevant working experience (e.g., start-up, healthcare, consulting, strategy & ops, product management)
- Experience working in high-performing teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over output
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to abstract and identify patterns from complex use cases
- Effective decision making skills driven and informed by data
- Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on the written narrative
Desirable
- Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over output
- Demonstrated success in leading development of products and customer-facing features from inception to delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, project-management, and communication skills
- Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
- Strong analytical and experimental design skills
- Healthcare + start-up experience is a plus
What the job involves
- Defining product vision, strategy (product, GTM, legal), and objectives
- Bring the new product line to market from 0 -> 1 within a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering, sales/marketing, operations, and the clinical team throughout the whole process
- Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product
- Track business performance, analytics, client and member impact of launches
- Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time
