- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or related marketing roles
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns with measurable results
- Experience with both sales-led and product-led growth motions
- A “get it shipped” attitude that lets you work across teams to put new, cross-functional activities into the market while emphasizing business impact
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Looker, Adobe Analytics, ZoomInfo, and ActiveCampaign
What the job involves
- ActiveCampaign is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to execute impactful regional and digital demand generation strategies
- In this role, you won't just be running campaigns—you'll be a key driver of our growth, playing a major part in creating digital and AMER demand gen strategies that optimize every stage of the buyer’s journey
- You’ll partner closely with sales, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and content to drive growth in both sales-touched and self-serve revenue
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the entire buyer's journey
- Develop new lead acquisition channels while partnering with lifecycle and sales teams to create and optimize conversion paths
- Collaborate across product marketing, lifecycle marketing, events, and sales to ensure a coordinated and seamless buying journey
- Create targeted demand generation campaigns for the U.S. market alongside scalable digital initiatives
- Monitor and analyze KPIs across existing and new activities to identify opportunities for additional investment or strategic reallocation
- Execute with a hands-on approach, working across internal teams and external vendors to accelerate demand generation initiatives

ActiveCampaign provides an integrated platform for email marketing, marketing automation and CRM with the focus on providing businesses with the ability to optimize customer experiences. The platform leverages machine learning and automation to increase the rate that its clients can scale their engagement levels, regardless of whether the user is running a small or large business.
Despite high-profile competitors, the company has found a gap in the market by providing an integrated and unified solution combining hundreds of tools. The platform is available as an entire package for enterprises, but smaller companies can opt for cheaper and streamlined tool kits. In 2022, ActiveCampaign announced the implementation of over 400 customer ideas into its product. It has also partnered with ActiveEngine, the first ActiveCampaign-only agency, to enable businesses to make better discovery calls and close more deals. With the 2024 opening of a hub in Krakow, it is further expanding its European footprint.
