- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or related discipline); MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Strong background in driving customer success through the delivery of technical solutions, with deep expertise in customer-centric solutions and scalable implementation strategies
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
