What the job involves

  • Checkout.com is seeking an Associate, Deal Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team in our London to support our global growth
  • This role sits within our Commercial department
  • Within this role, you will be working with teams such as Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding and Finance
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process
  • Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet clients’ needs while adhering to Checkout.com’s policies
  • Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles
  • Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient sign-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructed
  • Create and review customer agreements/contracts
  • Support and adapt the execution of new processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in which the Deal Management team operates
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams
  • Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
  • Support with the onboarding of new colleagues
