Sales Executive, Radical Storage

• Business fluency in English
• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a startup or tech-driven environment
• Demonstrated success in selling to local SMBs (small to medium businesses)
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and pipeline management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and proactively managing goals without micromanagement
• Able to travel to London occasionally if based elsewhere in the UK

Desirable

• Grow Radical Storage’s partner network across London and key UK cities
• Identify and close supply gaps in areas of high traveler demand
• Execute outbound sales activities: cold emails, cold calls, and on-site visits
• Prospect and pitch to small and mid-sized businesses: hotels, hostels, cafes, local shops, etc
• Own the entire sales process: lead generation, pitching, closing, onboarding, and support
• Collaborate with the global sales team to align on targets and local strategy
• Regularly share insights from the UK market to help shape our expansion strategy
