Role
Who you are
- Ideally ~5 years of Human Resources / People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company / start-up
- Experience building and maintaining a world class Total Rewards programs
- Performance review cycle management experience
- Comfortable with working with Senior Leadership and presenting from time to time
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
- Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is a must

- Have built a Total Rewards system in the past
- U.S. and International support experience

Pagoda delivers a platform to tap into the app development capabilities of blockchain technology, providing a one-stop-shop for Web 3.0 startups to get their products off the ground.
Blockchain tech brings huge innovations in speed, security and efficiency when developing apps, a fact which is the backbone of Pagoda's functionality. Its platform encompasses Pagoda Console, the main product enabling developers to build their apps faster, a JavaScript toolkit, and APIs. Through the console, users can access templates to launch dApps in a matter of seconds. The APIs allow the reading, indexing, and aggregation of data from the NEAR ecosystem - of which Pagoda is a part - granting app capabilities such as displaying a user’s NFTs or metadata.
Beginning its life as Near Inc, and still maintaining a close link with the NEAR foundation, Pagoda should be able to reach a wide audience within the Web 3.0 community rather easily. With the popularity of blockchain technology ever-increasing, and more and more developers dipping their toes into decentralized apps, the company should have plenty of opportunity to grow in the coming years.
