What the job involves

Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve escalated customer concerns regarding property damage, pricing, delivery, and other issues
Franchise Support: Provide comprehensive support to franchisees, including schedule management, call recording review, and general inquiries
Process Improvement: Analyze customer interaction trends to identify opportunities for streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience
Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely zip code information within company systems
Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and SMS
Email Management: Efficiently manage the Call Center email inbox, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with Call Center departments via Teams chat
Customer Advocacy: Champion the customer experience and continuously seek improvements
Sales Support: Assist the Sales team as needed
Schedule: This role follows a standard schedule of [8 hours a day, 5 days a week] from Monday through Sunday. Must have flexibility to work evenings and on Sundays
