Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related creative field, with a strong foundation in aesthetics and a keen eye for visually compelling content across both design and video
  • Prior experience creating visual and video content
  • Comfort working remotely and independently
  • Ability and openness to work across different creative areas and deliver high-quality results that impact the business
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow is more important than prior experience. Even if you are not familiar with some of the topics, we encourage you to still apply

What the job involves

  • Visual design: Design and create static content based on our current brand guidelines (infographics, diagrams, presentations, illustrations, long form PDFs, simple UI animations)
  • Video production: Edit and publish video content, create short clips, and simple animations (podcasts, webinars, talking-head videos, short animated clips)
  • Multi-channel content: Create and repurpose assets for different channels like LinkedIn, email, web, and events
  • Create a differentiated brand: Help define and refine our visual brand voice. Work with the marketing team to develop a brand that stands out for creativity and quality and resonates with our audience
  • Execute - Measure - Iterate: Create high-quality content, measure results on business and brand growth, internalise the learnings and iterate the assets to drive even better results
  • Experiment & innovate: Test new content formats and concepts, and iterate on production processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product team to ensure alignment and high quality across all visual content and channels
  • Tools You'll Be Using: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) or similar alternatives, Figma, Jitter (or similar), Descript, Google Slides
