Accounting Assistant, Take Two Interactive

Desirable

• Type of contract: Temporary (Sick leave replacement)
• Working hours: Part-time (6 hours per day)
• Duration: 6 months (renewable)
• Post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately
• Accounts Payable (AP) tasks: Set up vendors, review and book purchase orders,
• Invoices, and bank payments
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Assist with the monthly and yearly financial closing processes
• Prepare audit information to meet monthly and yearly requirements
• Support the team with other accounting and administrative-related tasks
