Role
Who you are
- You've ideally spent 6 years within a creative agency or in-house at a leading brand
- You've previously led a Creative function within a high-growth start-up or an established tech-based business, crafting out strategies and solving problems
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns is your bread and butter, with a solid grasp of our target audiences
- You've got a strong understanding of what it means to be social first, combined with a track record of leveraging YouTube, TikTok and Instagram to their fullest potential
- You're comfortable collaborating and debating with strong creative thinkers, from other creatives through to business leaders and executives
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit - you love to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
- Experience within the luxury goods space is advantageous
- An interest in either Cars, Watches or both is also advantageous
What the job involves
- As a Creative Lead for The Collecting Group, you'll have the opportunity to shape the brands for both Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, two of the worlds leading platforms for buying and selling cars and watches
- With your experience in working across multiple brands, you'll lead a team of talented creatives with a focus on innovative and effective creative output
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute game changing creative campaigns, a typical day may be creating compelling content with Chris Harris, and the next, cooking up an engaging campaign for Watch Collecting
- You'll lean on your expertise throughout these campaigns to build a loyal audience of customers and fans, helping us tell our story and make our brands famous
