Role
Who you are
- A strong background in platform or DevOps engineering, ideally with exposure to MLOps or LLM infrastructure
- Experience with cloud-native tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stacks
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or custom evaluation pipelines (bonus points if you’ve built your own)
- A love for order, automation, and building reliable systems that make complex things simple
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment

What the job involves
- As our next Platform Engineer, based in Barcelona, you’ll help shape the platform foundations that make this possible
- You’ll be part of our CloudOps team, evolving our traditional infrastructure into one that’s fully AI-ready - ensuring that every model, agent, and AI workload we deploy is reliable, observable, and built to scale
- Think of it as platform engineering with a modern AI twist: the systems you design will make AI deployment safe, repeatable, and fast across the entire business
- Building and maintaining the tooling that makes AI deployment secure, traceable, and repeatable — from evaluation frameworks to monitoring pipelines
- Developing systems for model and prompt versioning, performance tracking, and shared observability across teams
- Collaborating closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to ensure every AI service meets our reliability and governance standards
- Bringing a modern engineering mindset to CloudOps — automation, scalability, and clean, consistent design
