What the job involves

Following the successful onboarding of 2 new Gurus in January, we're looking to grow the team further!
You don’t need to know how to do all the below yet - we’ll teach you!
Speaking with customers to answer questions and build a relationship
Helping users work out which green solution is right for their home
Converting people from initial interest through to getting an install
Co-ordinating kit order and installers to make the installation happen
Looking for ways to improve all of the above

Switchd is a data-driven platform offering two services - Switchd and MakeMyHouseGreen, both of which analyse and compare prices, energy readings, and domestic appliances to help homeowners save money on their energy, whilst also reducing their carbon footprint. Switchd focuses on energy supply switching services and green tariffs, whilst MakeMyHouseGreen helps homeowners source and install domestic renewable energy supplies.

With the double whammy of NetZero emission targets and inflation hitting the UK in recent years, Switchd has found the perfect balance of services for consumers, bridging the gap between the two with its distinct product offers.

Melding smart data with practical green solutions has served Switchd well, and resulted in it securing investment from Turquoise, a UK merchant bank that specialises in energy and the environment.
