Role
Who you are
- We are looking for people who have 5+ years experience as a Website Marketing Manager, Online Marketing Manager or similar role, and can demonstrate
- BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, website optimization strategies
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms, specifically Contentful and Salesforce
- Managed and maintained analytics platforms such as GA4
- Managed and maintained relevant martech including website optimization and search tools, including SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, VWO, and more
What the job involves
- We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager, Web & SEO to lead the Dotmatics’ website projects, including planning, performance and initiatives
- Manage and maintain website content, implement design updates and aligning website to Dotmatics’ brand strategy
- Troubleshoot, QA and audit website issues with user experience in mind
- Ensure full compliance of the website with all laws and regulations
- Identify Key Performance Indicators for web metrics and develop performance reports and dashboards to track performance
- Configure, manage, monitor, and update GA4
- Lead and develop strategies to increase organic web traffic
- Collaborate with an external SEO agency to design and execute overall SEO strategy
- Conceptualize new tests (design layout & content) working in collaboration with demand generation, brand and product marketing
- Develop and implement CRO tests to improve website performance; monitor test performance, establish and provide reporting metrics and recommendations based on each test
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
