Role
Who you are
- 4+ years in business operations, with at least 2 years in a B2C SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and adaptability
- Proficiency in managing integrations (e.g., Zapier, APIs), reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Hubspot reporting), and workflow automation tools (e.g., Airtable, Hubspot)
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions quickly
What the job involves
- Design, implement, and optimise business operations to support our growing B2C SaaS platform
- Develop scalable workflows and operational frameworks to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
- Identify and resolve cross departmental bottlenecks to improve process outcomes
- Oversee and manage integrations between internal and external tools, platforms and APIs
- Automate workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
- Create and manage dashboards to provide real-time operational insights
- Analyse data to inform key business decisions, identify trends and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Generate detailed reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights
- Partner with various departments including customer and product teams to align operational goals with business objectives
- Ensure smooth handoffs between departments by establishing clear workflows and documentation
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging tools to enhance operational capabilities
- Lead initiatives to refine and innovate existing processes, fostering a culture of operational excellence
