Who you are
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business systems, or revenue operations

What the job involves
- The Revenue Operations Analyst will drive operational excellence within the Growth segment by ensuring our systems, data, and processes are optimized for speed, accuracy, and scale
- This role will combine analytical rigor with process design, using AI-powered tools to automate routine work and maintain a clean operational ecosystem
- By partnering closely with Growth leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams, this person will be instrumental in making sure the Growth team operates efficiently, enabling us to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to our fast-growing customer base
- Own the integrity and accuracy of Growth segment data in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Conduct regular audits to ensure records are clean, standardized, and up-to-date
- Partner with team members to build automation for maintaining data hygiene and surfacing insights in real time
- Establish and document best practices for data entry, maintenance, and review
- Build and maintain a centralized Growth Team Wiki to house SOPs, documentation, and segment-specific processes
- Continuously update, merge, and deprecate documentation to reflect current practices
- Partner with RevOps and Enablement to track usage and ensure adoption of new resources
- Support RevOps and Growth leadership with ad-hoc operational projects—including Salesforce enhancements, marketing requests and staffing models
- Translate strategic goals into clear operational steps, driving execution across teams
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and propose scalable solutions

Recently, Persona partnered with Member Driven Technologies (MDT) to enhance identity verification for credit unions. This partnership enables credit unions to adjust their identity verification flows in real-time based on risk signals, improving user conversion and fraud deterrence. The collaboration aims to streamline operations and strengthen fraud prevention, both digitally and in branches. Since founding, Persona has been scaling its offerings and now boasts a worldwide presence, serving clients in nearly every country and supporting 20 languages.
