Who you are

At least 2 years of experience in client support in an international context
IT affinity and interest in digital processes and software
Service-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English, combined with intercultural competence
Meticulous work ethic and the ability to keep your sense of humor and a cool head in hectic times
Ideally knowledge of the fitness industry

What the job involves

Initiation of a successful experience for our clients in the respective target country
Support and consulting of our clients in an international context with complex inquiries and problems concerning our software product via a range of communication tools
Interface function between different departments and our clients in the target country and ensure smooth communication as well as problem solving
Studio hardware integration
Independent processing of 1st and 2nd level support tickets

Sport Alliance sets its sights on the digitalization of sport and fitness, with software solutions for the everyday running of small to medium gyms.

It’s cleverly placed in the market to provide cohesive digital services to non-chain gyms and fitness studios, giving it scope to outgrow the internal softwares used by big-brand gyms. Its system covers most necessary services, including membership acquisition, financial services for gyms and cloud-based infrastructure management software.

Though its services are available in a spate of European countries as well as America, its primary user base so far has been in Germany and Austria. Recent funding acquisition will be focussed on growing its operations worldwide.
