Who you are

You have previous experience of having worked within accounting.
You are experienced and have the professional knowledge to handle tax questions (e.g. CIT, VAT).
You are first contact and responsible for different audits within the respective entities you are responsible for.
A great communicator who can build strong, cross-functional relationships and explain the “why” behind a financial process in a simple, engaging way and a great track record of taking people with you.
A problem solver who can spot an issue, quickly identify the root cause and come up with a plan to resolve.
Someone who has a structured and documented work approach and knows how to set the right priorities.
Strong excel skills.
As a bonus: Power BI knowledge and experience with D365.

What the job involves

Reporting into the Record to Report Lead who is based in Salzburg.
Looking after audits, taxes and controls with support from our Group Finance Teams and our Shareholder Coca Cola.
Responsible for our entities in the UK, Ireland and Netherlands (excluding Innocent BV).
Performing regular period end tasks including looking after our fixed assets.
Working with shareholder on the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
Act as main contact person for any requests.
Act as first level support for any VAT queries.
Work on the preparation of corporation tax together with Coca Cola.
Perform monthly accounting close.
Run weekly Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
