Who you are
- 1-3 Years of work experience in Healthcare Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, tenacious, team player with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Desire to work in a startup environment with a proactive and hungry mindset, and able to pivot quickly based on company needs
- An intellectual curiosity to explore the various areas of a tech startup changing the healthcare landscape
- Enthusiastic about using technology to better patient outcomes
- Strong understanding of the ambulatory care environment and the challenges faced by physicians, outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events or conferences
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand our partners’ unique businesses through listening and tailoring a solution that fits their needs
- Comfortable across different call points; You can seamlessly adjust your conversation based upon your audience
- Coachable. You actively improve from feedback and have a strong urge to get better
- Relentless and curious; Never stop hustling to go the extra mile for our partners and our internal teams, always asking questions with a mindset of constant improvement
- Trustworthy and reliable; Demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships with partners and there for them when they have questions or taking the initiative to bring them something that will help their business
- Experienced with SaaS products (healthcare a plus!) and a fast learner

What the job involves
- As an Ambulatory Account Executive at Parachute Health, you will be focused on targeting and selling to ambulatory facilities, such as outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices to rapidly grow adoption of the Parachute Health Platform
- You will strive to understand their unique needs and pain points and to present the Parachute Health Platform as the premier choice to solve their post-acute ordering needs
- By effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of Parachute Health, you will drive sales growth, physician adoption, secure new partnerships, and expand our customer base in the ambulatory sector
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, driving revenue growth in the assigned territories, segments and accounts
- Identify and target potential clients within the ambulatory sector, including administrators, practice managers, physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct energetic outbound prospecting (phone, email, etc.) to prospective clients
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of Parachute Health's solutions
- Utilize company tools like Hubspot to adhere to operational processes to track progress against targets
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the ambulatory market, including key trends, challenges, and competitors in relation to e-Prescribing and DME ordering
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within large ambulatory networks
- Collaborate with the internal teams to craft materials and to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand professional networks
- Provide excellent ongoing service through empathy, active listening skills, resourcefulness, and a desire to ensure the best possible outcomes for our Supplier Partners

Ordering durable medical equipment and supplies like walkers and monitors is one aspect of the healthcare industry that’s in dire need of modernization. Millions of patients are prescribed care via fax, a process that sees a huge majority of orders derailed or lost - which has a substantial knock-on effect on the health and finances of patients whose care is therefore hobbled. This is why Parachute Health is taking DME ordering digital.
The Parachute Health platform allows healthcare providers to place digital orders almost instantaneously, which can be seen and directly processed by suppliers; the order can then be tracked by all parties, with additional tools available to help manage inventory and pull out analytics whilst staying HIPAA-compliant.
