Who you are
- 5+ years of experience and strong C#/.Net framework expertise
- 3+ years of SaaS development experience
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD, MSSQL
- Excellent cross departmental collaboration skills
- Fantastic interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Relevant startup or high-growth experience
What the job involves
- The primary responsibility is to lead and own our C# backend services for our SaaS platform
- Our platform acts as the source of record for our web, mobile, and Office interfaces. We are building a platform that allows quick iteration, fast feature development, and world class scalability and reliability
- Uild new tooling for new markets, and be the technology partner that drives the industry

- [30-60m] - Deep dive w/ VP of Engineering: dive deeper into success for this role means in the next 6/12/24 months

Commercial appraisal has traditionally been a time-consuming and difficult aspect of the work, as it's long been a manual job of inputting individual data points into the workflow of a single property. Valcre’s platform helps customers save time while empowering them with a more organised, efficient, and intelligent path to produce their work.
The company recently brought in a round of series A funding that is being used to support rapid growth and product innovation. It will continue to focus on its customers in the US, Canada, and Australia, before shifting towards new markets, a patient approach that should serve the company well.
