Lifecycle Marketing Manager, 7shifts

• Experience in lifecycle, email, or growth marketing, with a track record of driving free trial conversion and revenue growth
• Proficiency with Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms)
• Demonstrated understanding of digital customer journeys and lifecycle marketing, with a passion for exploring and testing new marketing channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Project management acumen, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to excel in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments

• As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and implementing 7shifts’ lifecycle marketing strategy across all channels (Email, Push, In App, SMS, and more)
• Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you’ll take a product-led approach to creating content that resonates with prospects and customers to drive pay attachment and adoption at each stage of their journey with 7shifts, as we cultivate our vision to be the leading workforce management partner to restaurants
• Create and execute lifecycle programs that convert leads into paying customers, including content-specific nurtures, trial conversion flows, and follow-ups at key touch points
• Leverage data to identify and prioritize the most effective channels and personalize messaging to maximize engagement
• Experiment and iterate by testing messaging, timing, and channels to continuously improve performance and identify key insights
• Own end-to-end campaign creation for responsible channels, including audience building, link setup, segmentation, and content development
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on MRR contribution and impact
• Maintain detailed documentation of campaigns and programs to effectively communicate customer journey touchpoints to stakeholders
• Analyze customer behavior data and provide insights on channel performance to improve communication, optimize the customer journey, and increase lifetime value
