Executive Assistant, Snap Inc.

• Highly proficient with digital productivity and organizational tools, with a strong interest in learning emerging technologies and automation (including AI tools) to streamline administrative processes, improve workflows and efficiency

• We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Product Marketing team at Snap Inc!
• You'll manage complex calendars for one or more executive leaders in the organization, prioritizing meetings and adapting quickly to last-minute changes
• Provide proactive administrative support by anticipating needs, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through on commitments
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, and team events with attention to detail and efficiency
• Assist in the preparation, editing, and organization of documents, presentations, and reports to support business needs
• Conduct research and gather information to support planning, decision-making, and project execution
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and positive working relationships
• Support medium-scoped projects and initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, or processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction for the executive and team
• Partner effectively with other EAs and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
