What the job involves

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help us design, build, and roll-out new features that align with our company's vision and strategy
You will act as an user liaison, defining the use cases and determining the best product enhancements for our knowledge discovery platform
Own product positioning and messaging
Analyze user behaviors, find issues and synthesize them
Define problems-to-be-solved for the user and associated success criteria for the potential solutions
Close feedback loop with existing customers
Have a strong understanding of our user and facilitate internal decision making
Collaborate with the tech team to define new product lines
Provide input for pricing and monetization
Be a core-contributor for product vision
