Software Development Engineer in Test, Invoca

• Deep Experience in Quality: 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on test automation (SDET)
• Strong Programming Foundations: Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails is highly desired
• Expertise in Test Automation: Extensive experience designing and building test automation frameworks and using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc
• DevOps & CI/CD Fluency: A deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Performance Testing Knowledge: Hands-on experience with performance and scalability testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Exceptional Collaboration Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and partner effectively with developers, product managers, and operations engineers
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems
