Senior Financial Analyst, Fandom

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., economics, math, data science, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis with increasing complexity over time
• Proficiency with financial planning tools and systems
• A client-focused mindset, with demonstrated ownership of projects and the ability to deliver with minimal guidance
• The ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business insights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with independent processes to identify and correct errors
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to move projects forward
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including creating models from scratch and using formulas for data cleansing and analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in clear, visual, and actionable ways
