Who you are
- Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and management
- Hands-on experience with Identity Providers (Okta preferred) and user access management
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Strong knowledge of macOS systems and enterprise environments
- Experience with procurement and vendor management software (Coupa experience a plus)
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments

- We’re looking for an experienced IT Program Specialist to join our global IT team, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
- This hybrid role combines project coordination, process optimization, and hands-on technical work to enhance our IT infrastructure and operations
- Technologies You’ll Use:
- Google workspace, Okta, Jamf, Intune, Coupa, Ironclad, Trelica, Slack, macOS, Windows, Jira
- Lead company-wide IT initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Conduct access audits for internal systems and ensure compliance with security policies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate IT operations activities and facilitate communication across teams
- Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality
- Manage vendor relationships and support contract negotiations and renewals
- Provide procurement support using enterprise tools and coordinate IT asset management
- Support general IT operations including user support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting
