Role
Who you are
- At least 3 years of experience as a CRM Manager
- CRM software experience, including using data to drive great customer outcomes
- Previous use of major CRM tools, such as Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Silverpop & Mailchimp
- Understands data and previous experience in writing SQL
- Experience in creating and maintaining HTML templates
- Understands the complete user lifecycle including other marketing channels and products
What the job involves
- As Bumper's CRM Manager, your primary focus will be to develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. You will also create and manage marketing campaigns, analysing data to seek areas for improvement and identify trends
- Drive customer engagement and increase retention rates
- Create campaigns for B2B users to engage and educate them on our payment products, whilst improving B2B activation rates
- Collaborate with colleagues in the business to optimise retention flows
- Create, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain HTML templates for email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Implement and manage user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised experiences
